We use UPS Ground which has a handling time of 1-5 business days. And we use USPS which has a handling time of 1-5 business days. Once an order has been shipped you will receive a notification along with tracking information. Please allow the carriers to carry out their handling times using the actual ship date for reference. You can track your order using your tracking number. Tracking transit information gets updated too, please check for updates. We don’t expect delays but sometimes this can happen due to the weather or other environmental reasons. The carrier’s website where you track your package will inform you about possible delays.
