Record label and number is Elektra Records EKS-75012. Record itself is in near mint condition and looks as if it might have been played a couple of times if that. Record labels show little if any spindle wear (see photos). Gatefold record cover is in excellent condition with just some very light wear (see photos). See photos for track listings.
